Responsibilities

• Protects and promotes the Whataburger Brand at all times.
• Notifies management with lead time when unable to report to work as scheduled.
• Checks with management prior to leaving the restaurant at the scheduled time.
• Recognizes and communicates customer service problems to the manager on duty.
• Attends all meetings and training sessions as required by management.
• Submits requests for work schedule changes according to management guidelines.
• Demonstrates Whataburger Family Values and acts as a role model for others.
• Ensures products are prepared to quality standards and delivered within service time standards.
• Supports food production through preparation and stocking as directed by management.
• Maintains clean customer service areas, handles sanitation, and stocks stations.
• Achieves certification at the specific stations associated with the position.
