The role requires NRA/POST/USCCA certifications, strong communication, and the ability to work under pressure. You will maintain records, stay updated on laws, and promote memberships while ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• NRA, POST, USCCA certified (minimum requirements).
• At least 1 year experience in sales, marketing, firearms instruction, or related field preferred.
• Ability to systematically document tasks and processes; strong deadline orientation.
• Decisive, resilient, and proactive problem solver.
• Excellent team communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Concealed Coalition firearm safety training to learners of all levels.
• Instruct proper firearm handling, operation, and maintenance.
• Teach safety protocols and safe storage practices.
• Explain local, state, and federal firearm laws and self-defense issues.
• Assess student skills and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated on firearm safety practices and legislation.
• Maintain training records and communicate with students.
• Oversee range safety during training sessions when needed.
• Set up classroom tech: projector, TimeTap, and Concur.
• Promote memberships for Concealed Coalition and Firearms Legal Protection.
