Qualificações

• Graduate of California State approved DSS course.
• CDM certification with Title 22 coursework.
• Bachelor’s degree in related clinical nutrition field.
• One year experience in healthcare related food service preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Ensures timely preparation and delivery of meals and supplements according to physician orders and requirements.
• Maintains a safe and sanitary working environment per Federal and California guidelines.
• Serves meals according to resident preferences and needs.
• Implements and revises menus with Registered Dietitian guidance.
• Interacts with Interdisciplinary team members.
• Maintains all records and documentation per Federal, State and Company requirements.
• Maintains inventory of food and supplies to meet resident needs.
• Participates in meetings and in-services.
• Operates department with forecasted needs.
• Ensures communication of essential information across departments for quality resident care.
• Works with Registered Dietitian to meet health goals.
