Rosewood Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Lake Worth Beach, FL is seeking a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) to lead our Dietary Department and ensure residents receive nutritious meals and excellent dining services.

Under new management, the center offers a supportive, team-oriented environment with opportunities to grow. This role requires Florida AHCA background screening and supervises dietary staff to maintain quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Must hold CDM certification.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a skilled nursing facility, hospital, or healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of food service operations, therapeutic diets, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the Dietary Department.
• Ensure meals and nutritional services meet resident needs and regulatory requirements.
• Manage dietary staff, including scheduling, training, and performance.
• Monitor food quality, inventory, ordering, and department expenses.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Maintain accurate dietary records, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct staff meetings, training, and in-services.
• Collaborate with nursing and other departments to support resident care.
• Address resident and family concerns related to dietary services.

Rosewood Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) to lead our Dietary Department and help ensure our residents receive high-quality, nutritious meals and excellent dining services.

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 annually

Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) Responsibilities
