Napa Valley Care Center is seeking an experienced and motivated Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) to lead our dietary services team. The Certified Dietary Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, developing, and directing the overall operation of the dietary department to ensure residents receive nutritious, appetizing meals that meet physician orders, regulatory requirements, and individual preferences.
