Job summary

Greenwood Village South in Greenwood, IN is seeking a Certified Dietary Manager to lead and supervise our Health Center dining staff and shape the daily dining experience for residents. The role focuses on quality dining, meaningful resident connections, and true hospitality within a non-profit Life Plan Community.

Ideal candidates have CDM or RD credentials with healthcare food service leadership experience, strong communication, and a passion for seniors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Health Center dining staff.
• Assist with menu planning based on resident needs and preferences.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and regulatory standards.
• Oversee food ordering and inventory with culinary team.
• Maintain accurate diet records and tray card systems.
• Participate in QAPI and leadership meetings.
• Conduct monthly staff in-services and training.
• Elevate dining presentation and overall resident experience.
• Model and promote a culture of hospitality and respect.

What We’re Looking For:

• Certified Dietary Manager (or actively pursuing certification) or Registered Dietitian
• 2+ years of food service leadership experience (healthcare preferred)
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Passion for serving seniors with dignity and care
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
