Job summary

Greenwood Village South is seeking a Certified Dietary Manager to lead our health center dining team in Greenwood, IN. You will plan menus, oversee inventory, ensure regulatory compliance, and elevate resident dining experiences with hospitality and respect.

Qualifications

• Certified Dietary Manager (or actively pursuing certification) or Registered Dietitian.
• 2+ years of health care food service leadership experience.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
• Passion for serving seniors with dignity and care.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Health Center dining staff.
• Assist with menu planning based on resident needs and preferences.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and regulatory standards.
• Oversee food ordering and inventory with culinary team.
• Maintain accurate diet records and tray card systems.
• Participate in QAPI and leadership meetings.
• Conduct monthly staff in-services and training.
• Elevate dining presentation and overall resident experience.
• Model and promote a culture of hospitality and respect.
