Job summary

Marigold Rehab and Healthcare Center is seeking a Dietary Manager to lead the dietary department, plan and supervise operations, and ensure nutritionally appropriate meals for residents. You will oversee staff, ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations, and strive for high-quality nutrition care.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, and CDM/CFPP/DTR certifications are highly preferred along with prior LTC/SNF/AL/MC supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certified Dietary Manager (CDM), Certified Food Protection Professional (CFPP) or Dietitian Technician, registered (DTR) highly preferred.
• Prior dietary supervisory experience in LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting required.
• Certification in food safety as required by state regulations.
• Professional image in appearance and behavior; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and supervise functions and personnel within the dietary department.
• Provide nutritionally appropriate meals to residents to maintain and enhance health.
• Ensure quality food service and nutrition care in compliance with regulations.
