Job summary

Tutera Senior Living & Health Care in Carlinville, IL seeks a Dietary Manager to lead the dietary department, plan and supervise meals, and ensure meals meet residents' nutritional needs.

You will oversee staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and uphold high standards of food quality and safety in a senior living setting.

Qualifications

• A fire and passion for working with seniors.
• A flexible, fun, and energetic personality.
• High school diploma, or equivalent, required.
• Certified Dietary Manager (CDM), Certified Food Protection Professional (CFPP), or Dietetic Technician, registered (DTR) highly preferred.
• Prior dietary supervisory experience in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting required.
• Certification in food safety, as required by state regulations.
• Professional image in both appearance and behavior.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
