J.G. Wentworth is seeking a Certified Debt Specialist to work remotely in the United States. The role offers an uncapped income potential with a base plus commission structure and an industry-leading compensation plan.

You will prospect, engage, and close new business while helping clients achieve financial freedom. The ideal candidate has 1+ years of debt resolution experience, strong communication, and a results-driven mindset.

Qualificações

• 1+ years experience as a Debt Specialist or Debt Resolution Specialist.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Empathetic, energetic and goal-driven professional.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Currently or formerly IAPDA certified.

Responsabilidades

• Acquire new customers through prospecting and inbound inquiries.
• Engage customers from existing database via phone, email, SMS, etc.
• Collaborate with cross-department teams to manage ongoing cases and provide quality service.
• Analyze client portfolios to determine best strategy for financial freedom.
• Meet monthly KPIs set by management.

Responsibilities

As a Certified Debt Specialist with JG Wentworth you will…

• Successfully acquire new customers through prospecting efforts and by fielding new inbound inquiries
• Engage customers from our existing database through various channels (phone, email, SMS, etc.)
• Work and collaborate with members of cross-department team to manage active, in-process business and provide exceptional, responsive customer service
• Analyze client portfolios to determine the best strategy to help clients achieve financial freedom as quickly as possible
• Responsible for achieving monthly KPIs set by management

• Strong business acumen and professionalism

Compensation: $40,000- $200,000+ (Base + Commission with additional earning potential)
