Job summary

J.G. Wentworth is seeking a Certified Debt Specialist to join our remote sales team. In a fast-paced environment, you will help clients achieve financial freedom while earning through a competitive base plus uncapped commissions.

With inbound inquiries and outreach across channels, you will influence portfolios and drive monthly KPIs, benefiting from full medical/vision/dental, a 401K match, and generous PTO. Join us and grow your career from anywhere.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience as a Debt Specialist/Debt Resolution Specialist.
• Strong business acumen and professionalism.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• High energy, competitive, passionate, and motivated to be #1.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Displays empathy, understanding & relatability.
• Strong problem-solving skills and detail oriented.
• Can work independently and with a team.
• Currently or formerly IAPDA certified.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers by fielding inbound inquiries.
• Engage customers from our existing database through various channels (phone, email, SMS, etc.).
• Collaborate with cross-department teams to manage active, in-process business and provide exceptional, responsive customer service.
• Analyze client portfolios to determine the best strategy to help clients achieve financial freedom as quickly as possible.
• Responsible for achieving monthly KPIs set by management.

Compensation: $40,000- $200,000+ (Base + Commission with additional earning potential)
