Job summary

Richmond Beverage Solutions is seeking a certified lab technician to perform routine and specialized testing of materials and products to ensure quality standards. You will record results, maintain equipment, and support production with accurate data.

The role requires 2 years of lab experience, ability to pass screenings, and the stamina to work a 3rd shift (10pm-6:30am). Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 2 years of lab experience with HS diploma or 2-year college studies in microbiology, chemistry, or lab.
• Able to pass all pre-employment screenings including drug, background and criminal checks.
• Able to perform basic math operations in all units of measure.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to flavor milk-, sugar-, and caffeine-based products.
• Must be able to stand for long hours and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical, chemical, and microbiological testing as required.
• Record and analyze test results, reporting deviations or concerns.
• Maintain lab equipment and ensure calibration schedules are followed.
• Assist in investigations related to product quality or process deviations.
• Follow safety, environmental, and quality protocols.
