Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a positive, professional and client-oriented attitude with coworkers, residents, owners, clients and the public; strive for improvements in work processes.
• Act as primary coordinator on assigned properties to meet and exceed contractual property management obligations.
• Prepare annual budgets for the association.
• Analyze and distribute monthly financial statements including variances and cash management.
• Maintain complete property files and records; provide prompt, detailed status reports on all properties.
• Supervise on-site staff; develop specifications and evaluate service needs; motivate staff to work as a team.
• Prepare for team meetings and chair meetings when needed.
• Acquire and maintain knowledge of state statutes and client documents; ensure compliance.
• Coordinate move-in processes and provide orientation to staff and residents.
