Protouch Staffing seeks a Civil Litigation Defense Certified Paralegal in West Palm Beach, FL. This full-time, on-site role supports attorneys through all phases of civil defense cases, from intake to resolution.

You will draft and organize pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and correspondence, conduct legal research, prepare trial notebooks, and manage case files, calendars, and deadlines. Coordinate with clients, experts, court personnel, and assist during hearings and trials.

Formación

• Experience drafting and formatting pleadings and motions in accordance with court rules.
• Certified paralegal designation (e.g., CP, CLA, or equivalent).
• Familiarity with federal and Florida state court procedures and e-filing.

Responsabilidades

• Draft and organize pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and correspondence.
• Prepare and review legal documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct legal and factual research and summarize records.
• Assist with document production and manage case files, calendars, and deadlines.
• Coordinate with clients, experts, and court personnel.
• Prepare trial notebooks and exhibits, and support during hearings, depositions, and trials.
