  • Organize, review, and summarize medical records and other case documents.
  • Prepare detailed medical chronologies and case summaries.
  • Coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial schedules.
  • Maintain case files and monitor deadlines to ensure court compliance.
  • Communicate with clients, experts, medical providers, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
  • Assist attorneys during trial, including exhibit prep and witness coordination.

Description

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, experienced, and in person Insurance Defense Paralegal to support our attorneys in all phases of litigation. This position requires a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can effectively manage multiple cases simultaneously, and is comfortable working across a variety of practice areas.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in case management, trial preparation, discovery, document review, and client communication. Candidates with significant litigation and trial experience and the ability to prioritize competing deadlines are strongly encouraged to apply.
