Job summary

Elliot Health System’s Pediatric/Adolescent Center seeks a Coordinator Child Life Specialist to lead, coordinate, and enhance the Child Life program across the hospital. You will supervise staff, develop programming, and collaborate with medical teams and the community to meet pediatric needs.

You will foster professional growth, ensure policy alignment, and guide new initiatives with ACLP standards while partnering with music therapy and other departments for program advancement.

Qualifications

• Provides leadership and oversight of the Child Life program.
• Coordinates and evaluates Child Life services hospital-wide.
• Orients, trains and supervises Child Life staff and interns.
