Responsibilities include performing repairs per repair orders, test-driving vehicles, and diagnosing and repairing automotive systems. The role emphasizes excellent customer service and teamwork within a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Service Technician experience.
• 3+ years working directly with CDJR transmissions.
• PHASE 3 CDJR TRAINING LEVEL, With Transmission Certification a must.
• Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership guidelines.
• Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and specialized equipment.
• Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
• Communicate with the Service Advisor to inform customers if additional service is needed and provide estimates of time needed for repairs.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
