Kaleida Health is seeking a Radiologic Technologist specialized in CT at DeGraff Medical Park, North Tonawanda, NY. You will prepare and position patients for diagnostic CT studies, ensuring patient safety and image quality while collaborating with the DMP CT Scanning team onsite.

The ideal candidate holds ARRT CT certification and NYS IV contrast certification, with 1 year CT and 1 year X-ray experience preferred.

Qualificações

• Associate degree or equivalent in Radiologic Technology is required.
• ARRT Certification and ARRT-CT certification required; NYS IV contrast administration certification within 90 days.
• Experience: 1 year CT, 1 year X-ray tech experience preferred.

To Provide care, preparation and positioning of patients to obtain high quality diagnostic images utilizing CT studies.

Education And Credentials

Associate of Applied Science in Radiologic Technology or graduate of approved ARRT Certified program required. Radiology Technologist required. American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT R)required. American Registry of Radiologic Technologists(ARRT CT)required. NYS Cert For IV Contrast Admin within 90 Days required. ARRT-R & CT must be current and maintained.

Experience

1 year of experience in CT preferred. 1 year of experience in X-ray Tech position required.

Working Conditions

• For clinical positions, other than Registered Nurse and nursing support positions, internal applicants must have been employed in the same job title as the per diem position for which they are applying or in a comparable area of practice. Internal and External applicants must have a minimum of nine (9) continuous months of comparable work experience within two (2) years of the time the per diem job is posted. All applicants will be required to satisfy all orientation/probationary requirements.
