• Proven experience as a personal care assistant
• Reliable and compassionate with strong communication

Responsibilities

• Read and implement care/ADLs per resident service plan
• Respond to resident needs and alarms promptly
• Demonstrates empathy and rapport with residents
• Delivers care per service plan for all residents
• Maintains accurate records of care delivered
• Completes incident reports and adheres to safety and infection control policies
• Assist housekeeping and maintenance to keep community clean
