Job summary

Amada Senior Care Phoenix West Valley is seeking friendly, compassionate caregivers to provide exceptional care to seniors in a local independent living community. Weekend shifts are available, with potential weekday shifts as well.

We look for people who love helping others, are patient and dependable, and communicate well. Benefits include $17–$20 per hour, paid training, monthly incentives, same-day pay with Tapcheck, and a chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of caregiving experience in a home or community setting.
• No caregiver certification required.
• Experience caring for seniors, including clients with Dementia.
• Comfortable assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Able to lift and transfer clients and assist with mobility.
• Strong communication, listening, and teamwork skills.
• Reliable, honest, patient, and compassionate.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care and companionship to seniors in a living community.
• Assist with ADLs, medication reminders, and safety monitoring.
• Help with transfers, ambulation, and mobility assistance.
• Transport clients to appointments or activities as needed.
