Qualifications

• AZ Caregiver certification preferred.
• Proven experience as a personal care assistant.
• Reliable and caring with strong communication skills.
• A positive and compassionate attitude.
• Physical stamina and ability to respond to residents.
• CPR certified and fingerprint card.

Responsibilities

• Read and implement care/activities of daily living (ADLs) according to the resident service plan.
• Respond to resident needs and alarms promptly and professionally.
• Demonstrate empathy and foster resident independence and self-care.
• Deliver care per the individual service plan for all assigned residents.
• Maintain accurate records of care delivered and incidents.
