Job summary

Beatitudes Campus is hiring a Full-time Certified Caregiver who may pass meds in AL or Memory Care. Day shifts are 12 hours from 6am to 6:30pm, 3 days per week. Requires Assisted Living experience, a Certified Caregiver Certificate, and Med Tech experience.

The role involves assisting residents with daily living activities, administering medications as needed, monitoring vital signs, and maintaining accurate resident records under AL direction. Beatitudes Campus is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior residents with daily living activities.
• May administer medications following established guidelines, policies, procedures, state law, and physician orders in the event of nurse absence.
• Communicate medication refusals and potential medication errors to management.
• Take vital signs including respiration, temperature, blood pressure, and pulse as requested or ordered by a physician.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as specified in the resident's service and care plans.
• Document any significant changes in resident condition and report changes to the AL Director.

• If needed, communicate to management, medication refusals and potential medication errors.
• Take vital signs, including respiration, temperature, blood pressure, and pulse as requested or ordered by a physician.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as specified in the resident's service and care plans.
• Responsible for documenting in resident records any significant changes in resident's condition and reports changes to the AL Director
