Job summary

Beatitudes Campus is seeking a full-time Certified Caregiver/Med Tech for AL or Memory Care with a 12-hour shift, 6pm–6:30am, three days per week. Experience in Assisted Living and an active Certified Caregiver certificate are required.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, potential medication administration, vital signs, and meticulous documentation. Background checks and screenings are part of the process.

• Med Tech Experience is required
• Ability to assist residents with daily living activities
• May be asked to administer medications following guidelines and physician orders

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living as specified in care plans.
• Take vital signs (respiration, temperature, blood pressure, pulse) as ordered.
• Document significant changes in resident condition in records and report to AL Director.
• Communicate medication refusals or potential errors to management as needed.
