Job summary

Beatitudes Campus in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Full-time Certified Caregiver/Med Tech who may pass meds in AL or Memory Care. 12-hour day shifts from 6am to 6:30pm, 3 days per week. Assisted Living experience and a Certified Caregiver Certificate are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior residents with activities of daily living as specified in care plans.

• Take vital signs (respiration, temperature, blood pressure, pulse) as requested or ordered.
• Document significant changes in resident condition in records and report to the AL Director.
• Communicate medication refusals and potential medication errors to management.

This individual will assist senior residents with daily living activities.

May be asked to administer medications following established guidelines, policies, procedures, state law, and physician orders the event of nurse absence.

If needed, communicate to management, medication refusals and potential medication errors.

Take vital signs, including respiration, temperature, blood pressure, and pulse as requested or ordered by a physician.

Assist residents with activities of daily living as specified in the resident's service and care plans.

Responsible for documenting in resident records any significant changes in resident's condition and reports changes to the AL Director
