Our Care Partners (certified Caregivers) play a critical role in our community. You will provide compassionate, personalized direct care to residents, assisting with daily activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being, while promoting independence and respecting their privacy and dignity. Our Care Partners work collaboratively to create a supportive environment for residents.

We are currently hiring for full- and part-time positions with all shifts available.

Some weekend availability is preferred.

As a Care Partner, your responsibilities include:

• Assisting residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transferring, following community protocols and safety guidelines.
• Providing emotional support and encouraging independence through compassionate care and engagement.
• Supporting participation in life enrichment activities.
• Maintaining open communication with healthcare professionals, families, residents, and staff.

Qualifications we look for:

• A positive team attitude and love for working with people.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Caregiver in Arizona.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• At least 1 year of caregiving experience in Memory Care is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fingerprint clearance card or willingness to obtain one.
