External Job Description

Provide personal caregiving services in accordance with an established plan of care, including:

• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Prepare meals and manage special diets
• Perform general housekeeping activities
• Provide transportation assistance
• Offer compassionate companionship
• Other duties as assigned
