External Job Description

• Provide personal caregiving services according to an established care plan, ensuring comfort and personal needs are met in clients' homes.
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Prepare meals and accommodate special diets.
• Perform general housekeeping duties.
• Assist with transportation to appointments and activities.
• Offer compassionate companionship.
• Other duties as assigned.
