Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services, through its SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care division, seeks a certified Behavior Technician to implement ABA programs for youth with developmental disabilities in home or community settings. You will provide 1:1 therapy under supervision and track progress, while maintaining confidentiality and following company policies.

Preferred candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree and have 2+ years of relevant experience, plus a valid driver's license and

Qualifications

• Must have a certified behavior technician certificate.
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferred.
• Two or more years of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged population.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Reliable transportation and insurance.
• Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
