Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care is seeking compassionate Certified Behavior Technicians to support clients through customized ABA treatment plans in home or community settings. This flexible, evening schedule from 1pm–4pm on weekdays is ideal for those seeking supplemental income, or to balance another role while building experience in behavioral health.

Qualifications

  • Must have a Certified Behavior Technician certificate.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Two+ years of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged populations.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Reliable transportation and insurance.
  • Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills at all times.

Responsibilities

  • Implement Applied Behavior Analysis driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in homes and/or community settings.
  • Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities in home or community settings.
  • Implement treatment goals under supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst.
  • Provide progress feedback to supervisor.
  • Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills and other treatment goals.
  • Track client progress and program data.
  • Adhere to CompanyPolicy and Procedures.
  • Observe confidentiality and safeguard patient information.

  • Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged population

  • Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs
  • Strong ability to use problem solving and critical thinking skills at all times
