Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services, via SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care, seeks a Certified Behavior Technician for in-home Seattle assignments. This part-time role provides 1:1 ABA therapy to youth with developmental disabilities in home/community settings and requires a CBT certificate, valid drivers license, and reliable transportation.

• Must have a certified behavior technician certificate.
• Bachelor's Degree, preferred.
• Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged population.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Reliable transportation and insurance.
• Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs.
• Strong ability to use problem solving and critical thinking skills at all times.
