Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care seeks a Certified Behavior Technician to implement ABA-driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in home and community settings. You will provide 1:1 therapy under BCBA supervision and track progress with meticulous data collection.

The role requires reliability in scheduling, transportation, and confidentiality, with strong problem-solving and critical thinking to adapt treatment goals as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a certified behavior technician certificate.
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferred.
• Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged population.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Reliable transportation and insurance.
• Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs.
• Strong ability to use problem solving and critical thinking skills at all times.
