Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services is seeking a qualified Behavior Technician to deliver ABA-based therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities in home and community settings in Lynnwood, WA. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA, implement goals, and track progress while maintaining confidentiality and safety for clients.

The role requires a BCaBA/BCBA supervision-friendly environment and a willingness to travel to client homes, with a Monday–Friday schedule and competitive hourly

Qualifications

• Must have a certified behavior technician certificate.
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• Two or more years of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged population.

Responsibilities

• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis driven programs for youth in homes or community settings.
• Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals in home/community settings.
• Implement treatment goals under supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst.
• Provide feedback on progress to supervisor.
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other goals.
• Track client progress and program data.
• Comply with company policies and protect patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in their homes and/or a community environment
• Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with a developmental disability in a home or community setting
• Implement treatment goals under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst
• Provide adequate feedback regarding progress to supervisor
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other targeted treatment goals
• Track client progress and program data
• Understands and adheres toCompanyPolicy and Procedures
• Observes confidentiality and safeguards all patient-related information

Qualifications

• Must have a certified behavior technician certificate
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferred
• Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged population
• Valid Driver’s License
• Reliable transportation and insurance
• Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs
• Strong ability to use problem solving and critical thinking skills at all times
