Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care is seeking a Certified Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy for youth with developmental disabilities in homes or community settings. Work hours typically Monday–Friday with afternoon/evening shifts.

The role includes implementing ABA programs, tracking progress, and reporting to a supervisor under BCBA supervision. Candidates should have a BCBA supervision-friendly mindset, strong problem-solving abilities, and reliable

Qualifications

• Must have a certified behavior technician certificate.
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferred.
• Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged population.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Reliable transportation and insurance.
• Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs.
• Strong ability to use problem solving and critical thinking skills at all times.
