Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a Registered Behavioral Technician to deliver ABA-based therapy to youth with developmental disabilities in home and community settings. You will implement treatment goals under supervision, provide feedback to your supervisor, and help clients develop communication, self-help, and social skills.

A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged populations.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs.

Responsibilities

• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in homes or community settings.
• Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities in home or community settings.
• Implement treatment goals under supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst.
• Provide feedback regarding progress to supervisor.
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other targeted treatment goals.
• Track client progress and program data.
• Observe confidentiality and safeguard all patient-related information.
• Adhere to CompanyPolicy and Procedures.

• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other targeted treatment goals
• Track client progress and program data
• Understands and adheres toCompanyPolicy and Procedures
• Observes confidentiality and safeguards all patient-related information

Qualifications

• Registered Behavioral Technician Certification, preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferred
• Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged population
• Valid Driver’s License
• Reliable transportation and insurance
• Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs
• Strong ability to use problem solving and critical thinking skills at all times

Salary Range

USD $20.00 - $25.00 / Year
