Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services, through its SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care affiliate, seeks a dedicated behavioral health technician to deliver ABA-based programs in clients’ homes or community settings. You will provide 1:1 therapy, implement goals under supervision, and track progress with attention to privacy and confidentiality.

The role requires experience with developmental disabilities, a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, and flexibility to accommodate

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged population.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs.
• Strong ability to use problem solving and critical thinking skills at all times.

Responsibilities
