Job summary

You will work with the Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage workflow, diagnose issues, and ensure vehicle safety and reliability.

Requirements include a high school diploma, 2+ years of automotive technician experience, and ongoing training with factory certifications.

Qualifications

• Automotive technical training or certification preferred.
• 2+ years of automotive technician experience.
• Attention to detail and strong organization are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repair and maintenance per repair order with efficiency and accuracy.
• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
• Diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs as authorized by customer.
• Conduct multi-point inspections and recommend safety and reliability improvements.
• Document all work on the repair order.
• Maintain inventory of standard tools and stay current with factory bulletins and trainings.
