The role offers training, certification support, and opportunities for advancement within a nationwide network. Applicants should have a HS diploma, 2+ years of technician experience, and a valid in-state license.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Automotive technical training and OEM certification preferred.
• 2+ years automotive technician experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repair and maintenance to dealership and factory standards.
• Communicate with Parts and Service Advisors to manage production and communication.
• Diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs with authorization.
• Conduct multi-point inspections and recommend safety improvements.
• Document all work on the repair order.
• Maintain tool inventory and stay updated with factory bulletins.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
