Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of experience as automotive technician.
• Automotive technical training required.
• Valid in-state driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repair and maintenance as outlined on the repair order per dealership and factory standards.
• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
• Diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs if authorized by the customer.
• Conduct multi-point inspections and recommend actions to ensure safety and reliability.
• Document work performed on each vehicle on the repair order.
• Maintain inventory of tools not normally inventoried by the service department and stay updated with factory bulletins.
