Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in athletic training is required.
• Licensed in the state where services are provided (Nebraska or Iowa).
• National Certification by NATA BOC required and BLS certification present.

Responsibilities

• Escort patients to examination rooms and enter vital signs and medical history in EMR.
• Prepare patients for exams and in-office procedures.
• Assist providers during examinations, injections, and in-office procedures.
• Prepare injections, treatments, and orders as directed by licensed providers.
• Maintain patient records and ensure reports are reviewed and signed.
• Coordinate scheduling of patient appointments, surgeries, and tests.
• Ensure infection-control protocols and HIPAA compliance.
