Job summary

Team Rehabilitation is seeking a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) to provide onsite athletic training services at a large high school in Indianapolis. You will work with student-athletes, coaches, and clinicians to prevent and treat injuries, with opportunities for continuing education and professional growth.

The role is PRN/part-time, offering $35 per hour, and includes access to local onsite education opportunities, mentorship, and support from a therapist-owned network across multiple states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training or related field.
• Graduate from a CAATE accredited Athletic Training program.
• Athletic Training Certification by the Board of Certification for Athletic Trainers.
• Licensed as an Athletic Trainer.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite athletic training services at practices, games, and scrimmages.
• Recognize, evaluate, and manage injuries, including emergency care.
• Develop and implement rehabilitation and injury-prevention programs.
• Maintain relationships to ensure excellent patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Participate in company-supported research studies and continuing education allowances.

Responsibilities

Team Rehabilitation – Broad Ripple is currently hiring professional and driven PRN Certified Athletic Trainers to provide exceptional care for contracted school student-athletes and community outreach coverage. The compensation for this role is $35 per hour, and employees are eligible to attend local onsite continuing education opportunities. Primary responsibilities include:

• Providing onsite athletic training services at practices, games, and scrimmages.
• Recognizing, evaluating, and managing injuries, including emergency care.
• Developing and implementing rehabilitation and injury prevention programs.
• Maintaining strong relationships for Team Rehabilitation to ensure excellent patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Assisting with clinical protocols and participating in company-supported research studies.
• Engaging in continuous professional development through company events and continuing education allowances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Athletic Training or related field
• Graduate from a CAATE accredited Athletic Training program
• Athletic Training Certification by the Board of Certification for Athletic Trainers
• Licensed as an Athletic Trainer
• Strong communication skills to manage the triage of athletes for further care and in developing relationships with the athletes, parents, coaches and school personnel
