Job summary

Athletic Training Solutions is seeking a proactive Athletic Trainer for on-site injury prevention in industrial settings in Florida. You will conduct ergonomic assessments, lead wellness initiatives, and support safety teams to reduce injuries.

The role emphasizes hands-on care, education, and collaboration with leadership. 1+ year experience or new grad program preferred; Board Certified ATC required; on-site only; strong communication and fitness/wellness focus.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) is required or strongly preferred.
• 1+ year experience or completion of a new grad program is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site injury prevention and first aid care
• Conduct ergonomic assessments and improve workplace safety
• Lead stretch-and-flex sessions and wellness initiatives
• Perform wellness screenings and musculoskeletal evaluations
• Support case management and employee recovery
• Partner with safety teams and leadership to reduce injuries
• Engage employees through education and wellness programs
