Job summary

Apartner is seeking skilled HVAC/EPA Certified Maintenance Technicians to join our team in Tallahassee, FL. You will respond to maintenance requests, prepare market-ready units, and perform tasks efficiently.

You will troubleshoot mechanical, carpentry, and electrical issues, install locks, replace bulbs, remove trash, and help maintain common areas. A positive attitude and reliability are essential, and apartment maintenance experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in apartment maintenance is preferred.
• Must have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and complete maintenance service requests.
• Assist in preparing market-ready units, including trash removal from vacant apartments.
• Perform assigned maintenance tasks efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, carpentry, and electrical issues, including appliance repairs.
• Install locks and make keys as needed.
• Replace light bulbs in common areas.
• Remove trash from office areas and around the apartment community daily.
• Help maintain the upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots, and other common areas.
