Aptpartner in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to respond to work orders and ensure the upkeep of apartment communities.

You will assist in preparing units, troubleshoot issues, install locks, replace bulbs, and keep common areas clean, safe, and welcoming for residents. This role requires reliability, punctuality, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in apartment maintenance preferred.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Assist in preparing market-ready units, including trash removal from vacant apartments.
• Perform assigned maintenance tasks efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, carpentry, and electrical issues, including appliance repairs.
• Install locks and make keys as needed.
• Replace light bulbs in common areas.
• Remove trash from office areas and around the apartment community daily.
• Help maintain the upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots, and other common areas.
