Caresoft Inc. seeks a Program Manager in Richmond, VA to lead enterprise delivery and IT modernization initiatives in a hybrid work environment. Active PMP certification is required; minimum three on-site days per week with flexibility around meetings.

Ideal candidates bring proven program management or product ownership experience, strong facilitation and executive communication skills, and familiarity with Agile, Jira, Planner, SharePoint and PowerBI.

Qualifications

Active PMP certification required.
Minimum 3 days on site; schedule varies depending on meetings.
Hybrid work arrangement in Richmond, VA.
Experience in program management, product ownership, IT modernization, or enterprise delivery roles.
Experience driving on-time delivery by establishing milestones and managing cross-division dependencies.
Experience ensuring stakeholder alignment on schedules.
Leadership of multi-division, high-visibility tech or modernization initiatives.
Strong facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and familiarity with Jira, Planner, or similar tools.
Proficiency with MS Office, SharePoint, Teams, Visio, Project, and PowerBI.
