Job summary

prado seeks a Certification Engineer to drive certification processes (CE, ENEC, CB, UL) from planning to reporting. You will work with R&D to embed compliance early in design, perform hands-on testing in laboratories, and maintain clear technical documentation while engaging with international certification bodies.

The role requires a degree in Electronics and 3+ years of experience, with fluency in Dutch and English, and a proactive, detail-oriented team player mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics or related field, with relevant experience.
• Hands-on testing, technical documentation and compliance experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage certification processes from A to Z (CE, ENEC, CB, UL).
• Collaborate with R&D to embed compliance early in design.
• Conduct hands-on testing and measurements in labs (EMC, photometric).
• Stay informed about changing norms and translate into action.
• Ensure up-to-date documentation and communicate findings clearly.
• Build and maintain relationships with international certification bodies.
