Job summary

The Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) is seeking a detail-oriented coordinator to support the Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) Credential Program. This remote-friendly role includes reviewing applications, verifying requirements, and maintaining records, with 1–2 days weekly in our Austin, TX office.

You will deliver excellent candidate service, analyze data, run reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inquiries and ensure program accuracy.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of customer service and data entry/processing experience.
  • Four years of High School resulting in a diploma or GED required; BA/BS degree a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce and a working knowledge of reporting tools.

Responsibilities

  • Reviews and processes CFE Exam Applications, ensuring accuracy of applicant information.
  • Runs reports and analyzes data to determine needs at each stage of the process.
  • Communicates with members to provide support and answer inquiries.
  • Processes certificate orders and verification letters as needed.
  • Conducts quality assurance on teammates’ work and performs audits.
  • Detects anomalies in applicant data and escalates misconduct for review.
  • Collaborates with Shipping and Member Services to meet customer needs.
  • Updates SOPs and keeps program documentation accurate and current.
  • Performs other duties as requested or required.

Job description

Compensation: $20-$23/hrLocation: Primarily remote, with 1-2 days per week at our downtown Austin, TX office.The Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) is the world’s largest anti-fraud organization and a global leader in anti-fraud training and certification.In this role, you will support the administration of the Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) Credential Program by reviewing applications, verifying certification requirements, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional service to candidates and members throughout the certification process.Essential Functions:Reviews and processes CFE Exam Applications, ensuring the accuracy of applicant information and the completion of all necessary criteria.Runs reports and analyzes data to determine application and applicant needs depending on what stage of the certification process they are in.Communicates with association members to provide customer support, inform them of program requirements or issues with their applications, and answer certification program-related inquiries.Processes certificate orders and program verification letter requests as needed.Conducts quality assurance on other team members’ work and performs exam application audits as needed.Detects anomalies in applicant data and escalates any suspected misconduct to management and the Exam Integrity Team for review.Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including Shipping and Member Services, to meet customer needs and resolve customer issues.Updates Standard Operating Procedures and ensures that all program documentation related to the role’s responsibilities are accurate and up to date.Performs other duties as requested or required.Requirements:1-3 years of customer service and data entry/processing experience.
