Qualifications

• Two to four years of information services/super-user experience and/or direct patient care.
• Understanding of clinical workflow and operational processes.
• Advanced working knowledge of clinical information systems (Cerner preferred).
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• Excellent written and oral communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Part of the clinical information system team across ED & OR systems.
• Provide liaison for implementation, training material, end user training, and maintenance.
• Perform problem tracking, resolution, testing, workflow redesign, and change management.
• Educate facility employees and physicians; coordinate ancillary and financial applications.
