Job summary

Spectrum Control, a manufacturing leader in RF/microwave solutions, is seeking a Production Operator to support kiln and post-kiln operations on the production floor. Join a team that values safety, quality and teamwork.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1+ year of production experience, ability to work around ceramics and solvents, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment. We offer a 4-day/10-hour schedule with a 3-day weekend, competitive wages and PTO starting on day one

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ year of experience in production/manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Inspect products for flaws under a microscope and report to supervisor.
• Review and follow work specifications.
• Set up standard daily work and track/maste inputs in production move system.
• Work with ceramics, solvents, dust, and liquid & solid metals.
• Train and work in pre- and post-kiln operations.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Assist in training new operators when needed.
