Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Basic reading and comprehension required.
• Ability to tolerate working around ceramics, solvents, dust, and metals.

Responsibilities

• Inspect products and report flaws.
• Review and follow work specifications.
• Set up standard daily work.
• Track and input moves and outputs into the system.
• Train in pre- and post-kiln operations.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Assist in training new operators as needed.
