Job summary

Spectrum Control trains and employs production operators who work in kiln and post-kiln operations. The team follows a 4-day, 10-hour schedule with a 3-day weekend and benefits starting on day one.

A focus on quality is shown through inspection, documentation, and adherence to work specifications. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in production/manufacturing, basic reading skills, and the ability to work around ceramics and solvents.

Qualifications

• Must have 1+ years in production/manufacturing.
• Basic reading and comprehension required.
• OR an equivalent education/experience combination.

Responsibilities

• Inspect products for flaws using a microscope and report to supervisor.
• Follow work specifications and set up daily work.
• Input work order moves and output into the production move system.
• Work with ceramics, solvents, dust, and metals.
• Assist in training new operators as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
